1. Better business with customized behavior (the DISC model)

We start with the most important thing: the way you treat your customers. Using the DISC model, you will learn to recognize different customer types and adapt your way of communicating – both in customer meetings and internally at the clinic. We train in practical situations where you will be given the tools to build trust faster, communicate more clearly and drive the business forward in a way that feels natural to both you and the customer.

2. Digital channels as sales tools


In today’s business climate, many customer journeys begin digitally. During this day, we will explore how you as a clinic can use digital channels – such as your website, social media and email – to build relationships and generate more business opportunities. We will also look at how you as an individual can strengthen your personal brand and how the entire team can contribute to clear, consistent online communication.

3. Business economics & AI in the customer meeting


A full day where you will first learn the basics of business economics – what profitability means, how you affect margins in everyday life and how you can think about pricing in a safe and clear way. In the afternoon we step into the future: how can artificial intelligence be used in practice in clinic operations? We look at AI as support in customer dialogue, administration and analysis – always with a practical connection to your everyday life.

4. Successful business & customer relationships


How do we make the customer want to come back – and recommend us to others? This day focuses on building long-term relationships, taking care of the entire customer journey and getting better at driving the business forward without it feeling intrusive. You will get tools to handle objections, strengthen the customer's decision-making power and create dialogue that builds loyalty. We end with reflection on joy, motivation and job satisfaction in everyday life.

5. Business law & sustainable business


The first half of the day is devoted to basic law related to customer relationships, contracts and responsibilities within clinic operations. We go through common pitfalls and what is important to consider – especially in customer-facing professional roles. The second half focuses on sustainability: what does it mean in practice for a veterinary clinic and how can sustainable business thinking become a competitive advantage? You will gain insights into how you can work strategically with sustainability in your meetings with customers, employees and owners.

6. Great Leadership – Business Leadership in Everyday Life

Whether you have a managerial role or not, you lead every day – customers, colleagues and yourself. This day is about business acumen and leadership in practice. You will get tools to create security, responsibility and forward movement in the team. We train on goal-focused communication, feedback and how to build a culture that lasts over time.

7. Workbook –
Your planning & the way forward

We conclude the training with a concrete and structured working day where you summarize everything you have learned – and transform it into a concrete action plan. With the support of the Workbook, you map out your most important customers, your time, your goals and what you need to do to create better business. This is the day where we go from insight to action – with you as the hub.
