Vetmigo is a dedicated staffing and recruitment company specializing in animal care personnel. We match licensed veterinarians and licensed animal nurses with animal clinics, animal hospitals and other healthcare providers all over Sweden – for both short and long-term assignments, full-time or part-time.

What does Vetmigo want?
Vetmigo gives veterinary clinics the opportunity to hire part-time staff and then undertakes to find more jobs for the staff they hire. This gives clinics the opportunity to strengthen when necessary. Clinics may only need a certain skill a couple of days a week but have previously been forced to hire full-time to access that skill. This means that many clinics are forced to raise prices to compensate for an overstaffed clinic.
Instead, we distribute the expertise across multiple clinics, which means that the clinics can get the expertise they need, as often or as little as they need it, and avoid having to raise prices to compensate an overstaffed clinic. As a company, we have also chosen to set our prices 30-40% cheaper than our competitors in order not to contribute to skyrocketing prices.
We want to make it possible to hire staff at a reasonable price so that the total cost does not end up with the pet owner. Ultimately, that is what we are trying to do. We are trying to offer pet owners better and more cost-effective care for their beloved pets.
